Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, order details, account information and messages you send through our forms. We also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referral source and website activity through cookies and analytics tools.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. The Scented Mile does not store your complete payment-card number on its servers.

Who receives information
We share only the information needed for a service provider to perform its role. Providers may include WooCommerce, Stripe, Formspree, analytics providers, hosting providers, email services and our order-fulfilment and shipping partners. Order recipients’ names, addresses and contact details may be shared with overseas fulfilment partners and carriers so that orders can be delivered.
International processing
Some service providers process information outside Canada. Information handled in another country may be subject to that country’s laws.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for functions such as accounts, carts and checkout. Optional analytics cookies are used only when you allow them, helping us understand visits and improve the website.
