Returns & Refunds

We want every order to arrive correctly and in usable condition. Contact us before returning anything so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.
Unopened returns
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required.
Fragrance products
Opened fragrance cores and other opened scent products cannot be returned because their condition and exposure cannot be verified. A dislike of a fragrance after opening does not make the product defective.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
Contact us within 7 days after delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number, a description and clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label. We will review the claim and, when approved, arrange a replacement, refund or other appropriate resolution.
Return authorization
Do not mail a return to the address printed on the parcel. Returns sent without authorization, sent to a carrier or supplier address, or sent cash-on-delivery may not be accepted. Approved instructions will identify the correct destination.
Return shipping
For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for tracked return shipping. If we confirm that an item was damaged, defective or sent incorrectly, we will provide the approved resolution without charging the customer for our error.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when required by law or when the return results from our error. Banks and payment providers may require additional business days to display a refund.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered fulfilment or received a tracking number.
